Dr Tobias Lührig, CEO of Bischof+Klein SE & Co. KG, will be leaving the company on 30 June 2025 at his own request to pursue a new professional challenge.

Since joining the company in 2018, Mr Lührig, who holds a doctorate in mechanical engineering, has successfully repositioned Bischof+Klein both operationally and strategically. The Supervisory Board would like to thank him for his dedicated commitment and valuable contributions to the further development of Bischof+Klein.

"Dr Lührig has played a key role in shaping the company and successfully guided it through a period of significant change. We therefore very much regret his departure. We would like to thank him for his outstanding work and wish him continued success for his personal and professional future," said Herbert Forker, Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

The company will announce the succession plan shortly.
