International Sales Meeting at Bischof+Klein: Shaping the future together

Last week, 44 sales employees from 15 countries came together for the International Sales Meeting at Bischof+Klein in Lengerich.

The aim of the meeting was to discuss new sales approaches, develop ideas together and further strengthen the international cooperation.

The week in which the “New way of Selling” played a central role, started with intensive seminars at the “Schlamann Farm”. The focus here was “Customer Centricity”. The participants took the opportunity to discuss modern sales methods and gather new ideas for their markets.
The next day, a gallery walk and workshops at the company premises in Lengerich offered insights into various topics of the “New Way of Selling” such as Cross-selling, Go-to-market-strategies, Line walks and Customer-oriented service levels. All topics presented have been subject to interesting and productive discussions. The day was successfully concluded with a get-together over a BBQ - a welcome opportunity to deepen personal contacts and strengthen team spirit.

On Thursday, the focus was on the future: several presentations provided an outlook to the coming years at Bischof+Klein. In addition to internal topics, a guest lecture by the Italian machine manufacturer Concetti provided exciting insights, and Andre Kölker from the pre-press department presented the innovative web center. As a highlight, the project of the year was chosen. All colleagues were able to rank the previously presented projects via online voting. Uwe Lange won first place with a long-term project for the food ingredients industry.

With many new ideas, strengthened networks and a common understanding of the next steps, the participants are now returning to their home countries. This year's meeting once again showed how important direct exchange is for international cooperation at Bischof+Klein.
