With excitement and team spirit into professional life

the new apprentices in 2025

Bischof+Klein recently welcomed 28 new apprentices and dual students in Lengerich.

With fresh enthusiasm into professional life: The Lengerich-based film and packaging specialist Bischof+Klein recently welcomed 28 new apprentices and dual students. In a total of six different professions, they will be supervised in the future by a large team of dedicated trainers. Modern workshops and a comprehensive training center provide excellent conditions for this.

To kick off, the new training group met at the Schlamann farm. There, Julia Röttering, HR Partner Recruiting Training, welcomed the young talents on behalf of the entire Bischof+Klein team. The agenda included safety briefings, an introduction round with the trainers, and opening remarks from the works council and the youth and training representation (JAV).

For the first time this year, there were also new trainers for the professions of media technologist in printing, mechatronics technician, electronics technician, and industrial mechanic. Katharina Jürgens presented the company’s health management and immediately invited everyone to the next Safety and Health Day in September.

Initially, the atmosphere was somewhat tense due to the excitement before the first day of training, but it loosened up at the latest during the shared lunch. Here, the new trainees took the opportunity to exchange ideas and make initial contacts. "It's really cool that we all get to know each other here. A great day!" was the enthusiastic conclusion.
