The WorldStar Packaging Award 2025 recognizes the environmentally friendly mono-composite in the “Packaging materials and components” category as innovative and pioneering.

The “WorldStar” represents a selection of the best from the best, as it only goes to packaging solutions that have already received a national award. Bischof+Klein had won the Green Packaging Award in 2024 with its innovative coffee composite.

In recent years, Bischof+Klein has pursued the goal of integrating our coffee laminates into the circular economy. We achieved this by replacing the non-recyclable laminates with more sustainable materials. The new laminates achieve a recyclability of well over 90 percent.
