TacFlex® surface protection films for plastic sheets are available in various designs for different materials and surface structures. Since they are very low in specking, they are also suitable for sensitive surfaces and can be removed anywhere without leaving residues behind.
As sustainability pioneers, we have developed recipes that achieve maximum levels of adhesion even without the use of glue. We design all film properties such as adhesion, temperature, scratch, and UV resistance, dyeing, and printing precisely according to your requirements. The films are deformable and offer very good edge adhesion during mechanical processing. These outstanding properties enable you to achieve a genuine competitive advantage.

Plastic sheets require reliable surface protection during transport and storage through to various processing steps using suitable, low-linting films. Until now, the required adhesion values could only be achieved with adhesive-coated films. A new formulation in the adhesive layer now considerably expands the range of applications for adhesive-free films.

The Pack The Future Award in the category "Design for product protection", was given to the innovative surface protection film TacFlex® 900 series. TacFlex® 900 is adhesive-free and achieves adhesion values that were previously only possible with adhesive-coated films. A special formulation in the adhesive layer thus significantly expands the range of applications for adhesive-free films and enables our customers to switch to a fully recyclable, resource-saving and climate-friendly solution with high adhesive strength - optionally also available with 30 % recycled content.
