TacFlex® surface protection films for plastic sheets
Reliable surface protection for plastic sheets: TacFlex® surface protection films protect sensitive surfaces during further processing, transport and storage. They protect your products from contamination and scratches and can help reduce complaints.
We develop formulations that achieve high adhesion values without the use of adhesive. We tailor film properties such as adhesion, temperature, scratch and UV resistance, colouring and printability specifically to your requirements. The films are deformable and, after mechanical processing, have very good edge adhesion. This supports reliable processing and secure surface protection.

Our development: TacFlex® 900 Series
The surface protection films of the TacFlex 900 Series are free of adhesive. We adjust the adhesion to your requirements through the formulation.
Recyclable versions can be implemented on request. Assessment according to cyclos-HTP. Depending on requirements, a version with recyclate is possible. We define the share within the project.
Plastic sheets require reliable surface protection during transport and storage through to various processing steps using suitable, low-linting films. Until now, the required adhesion values could only be achieved with adhesive-coated films. A new formulation in the adhesive layer now considerably expands the range of applications for adhesive-free films.
Pack The Future Award for TacFlex® 900
The surface protection film TacFlex 900 Series was awarded the Pack The Future Award in the category "Design for product protection".
The TacFlex 900 Series is free of adhesive. A special formulation in the adhesive layer provides the desired adhesion, which we define depending on the application.
