Traineeship has a high priority

Festive graduation ceremony for former trainees at Bischof+Klein

CEO Dr. Tobias Lührig had inspiring words for 16 former Bischof+Klein trainees at the graduation ceremony. They received in-depth training in eight different industrial and commercial professions at the Lengerich-based packaging and film specialist, from printing media technologist to process mechanic to industrial clerk. Two graduates of a dual study program in business informatics were also present.

Dr. Lührig not only praised their achievements, but also gave them valuable advice for their future careers. He emphasized the importance of education and further development: "Education is a continuous process that never ends. You have the opportunity to constantly expand your knowledge and skills." Personal commitment in everyday working life, ambition in the pursuit of personal goals and interpersonal skills also count. "At Bischof+Klein, we focus on teamwork and cooperation," he explained.

Special thanks went to the commercial and industrial trainers. Their persistent work with the junior staff also paid off with this year's class. Once again, Bischof+Klein sent former trainees to be honored by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK).

Works Council member Torsten Hunsche also thanked the trainers for their commitment. He reminded the young employees of their first encounter with Bischof+Klein, when they made a conscious decision to be trained at the plastics processing company. "We now want to shape the future together with you," said Hunsche. Incidentally, the company will be offering 37 apprenticeships in 2024 - a sign of the high value placed on training at Bischof+Klein.
