Cross bottom valve sacks
Cleanly filled. Securely sealed: our cross bottom valve sacks can be conveniently filled via a valve that seals itself automatically on completion of the filling process. The product is therefore unable to escape and is reliably protected against external influences. Is the consistency of your products powdery? We ensure that your products are optimally ventilated by means of ultrafine perforations or labyrinth ventilation systems.
The filled valve sack takes on a block shape and is therefore particularly stable and easy to stack. Optional all-round printing offers sufficient space for your product information.
We manufacture our cross bottom valve sacks from plastics or laminates with variable specific weights, and also with a barrier function or using DuPont™ Tyvek® on request. Simply whatever best suits your application.

DuPont™ Tyvek®
Versatile, durable, breathable: Tyvek® is a DuPont™ brand nonwoven material with a low dead weight and offers extremely high resistance to water, abrasion, the ingress of bacteria, and aging.
Carrying handle
Applied separately or punched in exactly where it is needed: a carrying handle offers increased comfort during transport and when using the product.
Easy peel
Opening packaging is simplicity itself: our easy peel films can be peeled-off effortlessly and without residues thanks to special recipes and coatings.
Various ventilation systems
For our optional ventilation systems, we process the packaging mechanically using defined perforations and cuts, thereby allowing the air to escape during the filling process.

Depending on requirements, a version with recyclate is possible. We define the share within the project.
Aluminum barrier
Aluminium in the laminate as a barrier: light, UV radiation, water vapour and oxygen stay out.
Various barriers
Protection for sensitive contents: We can manufacture barriers against moisture, UV radiation and oxygen in laminates from different materials. We clarify which barrier is suitable for your product within the project.
