Premier product protection without new investment: our PowFlex® vs valve sacks stand out thanks to their top-class protection qualities and can be filled on your regular non-FFS lines. You therefore benefit from high-performance packaging for powdered products in the construction material, chemicals, and food industries, for instance, entirely without having to invest in a new filling line.
Compared to paper valve sacks with an intermediate layer of film, PowFlex® vs offers better protection against the influences of weather, moisture, and packaging penetration even without protective packaging. PowFlex® vs is suitable for high-performance filling and is able to vent just like a paper sack during and after filling thanks to cutting-edge ventilation systems. After the filling process, the ventilation system closes automatically. We manufacture PowFlex® vs from 100 percent PE. The valve sack is therefore completely recyclable and optionally available with recyclate content.

The PowFlex® vs is the first valve bag made of polyethylene (PE) with the same ventilation performance as a paper bag. The clever double-layer construction with a perforated inner layer ensures high air permeability. With its closed outer layer, it significantly extends the product shelf life of the filling goods, regardless of whether food, construction or chemical products are being packed.
