PowFlex® vs
PowFlex® valve sacks are designed for powdered products in the building materials, chemical and food industries. They can be filled on existing non-FFS filling lines, provided the line is suitable for valve sacks. A new filling system is not required.
We tailor the protective performance, for example against moisture and weather, to the filling good and the application.
The valve sacks are designed for high-speed filling and feature a venting system that closes automatically after filling. We clarify the properties of each version within the project.

The patented PowFlex® ventilation system enables air to escape completely through a ventilation channel during the filling process.

Aluminium in the laminate as a barrier: light, UV radiation, water vapour and oxygen stay out.

The PowFlex® vs is a valve sack made of polyethylene (PE) with a two-layer structure. A perforated inner layer provides air permeability, while a closed outer layer protects the contents. We provide information on air permeability and product shelf life for each version.
