PowFlex® ffs
We developed the PowFlex® ffs FFS tube for powdered products. It is made of PE. We verify its dust tightness for each version.
Film made of 100% PE (excluding printing inks, adhesives, closure materials and labels). Depending on requirements, a version with recyclate is possible. We define the share within the project. Recyclable versions can be implemented on request. Assessment according to cyclos-HTP.
PowFlex® ffs was developed specifically for finely powdered and moisture-sensitive products such as mixtures containing cement. The ventilation channel at the top ensures effective residual ventilation on the pallet. Your advantage compared to paper packaging: optimum product protection against the influences of weather, moisture, and packaging penetration even without protective packaging – for a longer product shelf life. Brilliant, full-surface printing on the front ensures that your products are presented outstandingly. PowFlex® ffs is available in the PowFlex® ffs premium and PowFlex® ffs eo variants.

Carrying handle
Applied separately or punched in exactly where it is needed: a carrying handle offers increased comfort during transport and when using the product.
Easy opening
For our easy opening feature, we process the packaging mechanically using defined perforations and cuts. For simple, customer-friendly opening.
PowFlex® ventilation
The patented PowFlex® ventilation system enables air to escape completely through a ventilation channel during the filling process.

Depending on requirements, a version with recyclate is possible. We define the share within the project.
Aluminum barrier
Aluminium in the laminate as a barrier: light, UV radiation, water vapour and oxygen stay out.
Various barriers
Protection for sensitive contents: We can manufacture barriers against moisture, UV radiation and oxygen in laminates from different materials. We clarify which barrier is suitable for your product within the project.
