U-Pack®
The U‑Pack® is designed for dry products and offers an attractive presentation on the shelf. Dimensional stability, weight and stand-up stability depend on the construction.
Single-material U‑Packs® can be recycled depending on the construction. If you would like an assessment, we will check the recyclability according to cyclos-HTP.
With a PCR content, a solution is possible depending on requirements. We define the share together with you within the project.

Individualization through additional equipment
Ventilation valve
After sealing the product, the air that has entered during filling is released via the welded-on valve. The packaging is now sealed airtight.
Carrying handle
Applied separately or punched in exactly where it is needed: a carrying handle offers increased comfort during transport and when using the product.
Easy opening
For our easy opening feature, we process the packaging mechanically using defined perforations and cuts. For simple, customer-friendly opening.
Various ventilation systems
For our optional ventilation systems, we process the packaging mechanically using defined perforations and cuts, thereby allowing the air to escape during the filling process.
Use of recyclate
Depending on requirements, a version with recyclate is possible. We define the share within the project.
Aluminum barrier
Aluminium in the laminate as a barrier: light, UV radiation, water vapour and oxygen stay out.
Various barriers
Protection for sensitive contents: We can manufacture barriers against moisture, UV radiation and oxygen in laminates from different materials. We clarify which barrier is suitable for your product within the project.
Resealable closure
From adhesive label or zipper to slider: choose the system that best matches your product and your packaging from our extensive portfolio of resealable closures.
U-Pack® with divided carrying handle
Optimized for your production: in the version with divided carrying handle, the U-Pack® ensures even greater efficiency in logistics and the material flow. The side gusset no longer gapes open and the concertina effect is eliminated entirely. This reduces the freight volume by up to 20 percent compared to conventional carrying handles. Material build-up is reduced by a total of up to 500 μm.
The U-Pack® recyclable received the WorldStar 2023 in the "Packaging Materials and Components" category. The packaging is up to 98 percent recyclable according to the CHI standard. This gives the packaging a potential recyclate yield of 100 percent.
