Lengerich. The film and packaging manufacturer Bischof+Klein announces that Wald Westerlinck will take over the position of COO on November 7th, 2023 and be appointed to the company's board of directors.

With more than 20 years of experience in operations, particularly in the automotive industry, Westerlinck strengthens the Bischof+Klein management team. His professional career includes positions in renowned international companies, most recently serving as Vice President Global Opex and Operation at Maxion Wheels.

Wald Westerlinck succeeds Dr. Tobias Lührig, who headed the COO functions on an interim basis. Commenting on the new appointment, CEO Dr. Tobias Lührig: “We are pleased to welcome Mr. Westerlinck on board. His task will be to further develop Bischof+Klein's operations and significantly expand Bischof+Klein's leadership position.
