In recent years, we have pursued the goal of integrating our coffee laminates into the circular economy. We have achieved this by replacing non-recyclable coffee laminates with more environmentally friendly materials. We now offer mono-laminates made of PE or PP for every application - from coffee inner wrappers/vacuumpaks and whole beans to pods and cappuccino sticks. All recyclable laminates enable a 100% recyclate yield and are free of nitrocellulose (NC) and carbon black colours in accordance with the German minimum standard.

Our development work has now been rewarded and our recyclable coffee laminate film has been honoured with the Green Packaging Award. A great success for our sustainable packaging and our commitment to the environment.

We also offer the option of using recyclates in the form of ISCC-certified material (chemically recycled or bio-circular) in these laminates in accordance with the mass balance.
